I am trying to program my new Pro 95 scanner with the local frequencies using the Win95 program that I downloaded from the Internet.
SInce I live in the Ft Worth area I am trying to program the Public Safety System into my scanner. I know that they are a trunked system and I have entered all of the system frequencies into the program and then uploaded them to my scanner. The scanner seems to be following the talk groups from the individual frequencies that I entered because I can hear medstar pages and also the hospitals replies. My question is under the FWPD Talk group listings do I need to place in the
DEC values of each division and if so then where do I place them in order to be able to receive their transmissions in the Win95 program. I know that each bank can only hold 100 entrys. So do I need to place the system frequencies in each bank and then enter 25 or so etc. of the Talk groups DEC values?
Thanks in advance for the help.
