Ok, I am sorry. I have read the RR Wiki, some other members questions on trunking and the owners manual numerous times and I still havn't got a clue how to program my scanner for trunking. I would like to program Langley AFB's frequencies they are on this page: http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=TRSDB&sid=794

Can someone please tell me what I need to do?

Thank you for your time and patience. :)

Welcome Fluke to the site.

Along with stevecubfan's suggestion you must enter this information
in order for the system to trunk track.

Custom Frequency Table
Base: 406.0000
Spacing: 12.5
Offset: 380

Review the section for UHF trunking in your manual.
When prompted by your scanner make sure the Base, Spacing and Offset
match the table from the database. They may have different numbers that were preset at the factory.
Once you do these adjustments and program the control channel freq's
you should be good to go.

Good luck.

In your Langley bank Press
PGM
TRUNK
FUNC + 2
406.0 then ENTER
380 then ENTER
Use the up or down button until line 4 is 12.5 then ENTER

Press FUNC + 3
Use up button until line 4 is Table then ENTER

Press SCAN.

BTW, get Win96 and a cable, I've got a p96 file with Langley, York CO, Newport News, Hampton, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Norfolk Nav Base, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Suffolk.
