New PSR-500 and have no idea how to program it

I just purchased a new PSR-500 scanner that I had to have imported to Canada and now that I have it I have no idea how to program it. Yes I have the manual but I am still confused. I bought the WIN500 program etc but I am still lost. Does anyone know if there is a place that I can take my scanner to to have it programmed, I'll pay good money for someone to get this up and running for me.

Post your question in the Western Canada forum. I am sure that there is someone who has a PSR500/600, or, radio shack Pro-106/197 who will send you a file for your area

What does NO TSYS mean?

I have finally figured out how to download to my scanner using WIN500...but now my scanner is saying NO TSYS in the object info.....anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Heap Error?

I am getting a Heap Error 21511F : 2158

Does anyone know what this is and what I need to do to correct this?
