New PSR-600 Hmm Programming

I have read some of the posts here and have followed them.
1. Preminum Subscription RR
2. Paid WINN 500
I have read the manual a few times trying to find the answers,SO here goes.
I have been able to program some of the Freq's but not many. IT gave me the message that I have to many Freq's for the down load. So I tried to put some in scan 1 or 2 or 3 you get the ideal. I was doing this a few Freq's at a time. It does not seem to work, I still only get the Freq's loaded to Scan 1 and then only a few of what I am trying to up load. CAN ANY ONE HELP ? I DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WRONG. Thanks

It would also help to know which systems/frequencies that you are trying to load into your scanner. Your location shows as Kansas, but knowing the particular area would help, so that someone can look at the systems in question.

I am in Butler county , Kansas near Wichita, Kansas which is in Sedgewick county. I am trying to load Hiway Patrol, local PD both county, toll booth , EMS. Alot of stuff I guess. I have figured out I need to split things up. Put County Sheriff, PD etc in scan 1 then maybe other stuff in Scan 2 etc. I think I was loading to much in each folder or whatever it is called.
Again Thanks for all who are helping me. This is the first time to program the scanner myself.
