Why does my PSR-800 not seem to pickup the local channels very well they are intermittent at times. Mostly never hear them. I am running a BC92XLT right next to it and they come in fine.
I down loaded the scanner list by county from the SD card. But not much local conventional channels are received on the PSR-800, now trunked MARCS system works great.
Did I screw up the programming?

PS I switched antennas to RS 20-006. Wondering if I should have got the 800MHZ one?
