New radio

I am new to Ham and all of this, I am trying to set up my radio to be able to monitor frequencies for areas i will be traveling to, some off road.

When I look up say Brea it shows:
Frequency License Type Tone Alpha Tag Description Mode Tag
866.42500 WNSS372 M 115 NAC BRE GRN-TA Brea - Green TA P25 Law Tac
867.23750 WNSS372 M 115 NAC BRE SIL-TA Brea - Silver TA P25 Public Works

My radio programmer has:

Transmit Frequency Offset Frequency Receive Frequency Offset Direction Offset Reverse Operating Mode Name Show Name Tone Mode CTCSS Rx CTCSS DCS Rx DCS Step Clock Shift Tx Power Tx Narrow Skip Skip HM 2 Skip HM 3 Skip HM 4 Skip HM 5 Bank 1 Bank 2 Bank 3 Bank 4 Bank 5 Bank 6 Bank 7 Bank 8 Bank 9 Bank 10 Bank 11 Bank 12 Bank 13 Bank 14 Bank 15 Bank 16 Bank 17 Bank 18 Bank 19 Bank 20 Bank 21 Bank 22 Bank 23 Bank 24 Bank Bank Channel Number Comment

I understand I would put the Freq in the Receive column but not sure what the "type" is and how to ender the Tone and modes

What type of radio are you trying to program? What are you trying to listen to?

You can't. Your radio is analog only. P25 is a digital modulation, and does not have CTCSS tones. You will not be able to monitor those channels. All you could do is program the frequency and hear the digital noise.
