Jumper safe...traffic a mess
I live right rt 19 just a walk away from the bridge traffic was backed up. Not much traffic on my scanner since I had to get ready for work just before 7am.
I had my 1 scanner out last night and forgot it this morning. I was told traffic going south 2hours backed up to the Hole in the Wall.
