New San Antonio Military Systems

There is a new Military Smartzone system being deployed in the San Antonio area:

Site #2: 406.15000

Site # 1 seems to be pretty active with analog comms....

I noticed last week that all the transmissions from Randolph on the old system were encrypted. I saw 3 or 4 different TG numbers, but no audio as they were encrypted. I don't usually listen to them as security is generally encrypted. Great milair.

This system looks to be a replacement for the Lackland system. Some maintenance operations, the bomb dump, and EMS have moved over. It has 13 freqs for the 1st site, and 2 freqs for the 2nd site.

I figured out base and offset just a min ago.

Randolph is still on their 2e17 site - most maintenance ops and fire/ems/crash are still unencrypted and fun to listen to.
