New scanner BCT15x need Help NW Ont

I have my new scanner programmed and get most trunking, I would like to get OPP, is this possible with the BCT15x and if so what setting do I have wrong? (I get the "motor boat" sound only)

No, they are digital, and your scanner is not. There are some analog talk groups...look here under Mode for "A" http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=5490
