Hello all,
I have put a scanner online with ScanAmerica.us and ProScan.
on the ProScan it it in the published list as "monitorfredmd.com"
on ScanAmerica.us it is the only one in the Maryland---Frederick County list.
currently it scans the following;
Frederick County TRS
Fire,
Main (all fire dispatch for city and cnty)
Admin. (alternate)
EMS 10 (all simple EMS OPS)
TAC 30 (more involved operations, ie. working fire or serious MVC or haz-mat)
Frederick Sheriffs Department
Disp 1 (main)
Disp 2 (alt)
Disp 3 (alt)
Disp 4 (alt, rarely used but does simulcast Frederick City PD alert calls)
Maryland State Police Frederick Barricks
OPS (patched with MSP low band 39.40)
TAC (alt)
I would like to thank Gordon at ScanAmerica.us as this was probably the easist setup I have ever done on the computer.
and without the help of "n0nhp" on the ProScan site that would not be up, thanks.
any input from you all will be welcome (good or bad) as I am just begining this computer thing. I have been scanning in Frederick for over 25 years but this internet coupling with scanning is all new to me, however it has renewed alot of intrest. I have learned a lot this mounth! (still no expert)
the next step is to put another feed up and seperate the Fire and Police.
