New scanner for Tulsa metro

Ok, so my scanner when belly up the other day. I am looking to purchase a new scanner. What scanner do you guys suggest to hear OKWIN for the Tulsa metro area? I don't need all the bells and whistles, just something easy to program, but good quality. I appreciate your input. Many thanks.....bb
