Although it looks interesting, the download links have been removed as the author of SDR# claims code and trademark infringement.

Ive got it also,
Be forewarned,,,Its a knock off of the original SDR#..

It looks great though,,But also dose not seem to accept any of the
newer plugins...

I got a two security messages during the download telling me that the file could do harm to my computer to my computer, so I deleted it.
