I was wondering where to get ssb utility freqs from wheither it be form RR of other source(s)

I have a tecsun pl-660 if that helps

or you could just spin the dial in the 8mhz or 13mhz bands & see what you might find
zl2taw is right-half the fun in utility listening is discovery.
In usb, tune between 4000-5000kHz, 8000-9100kHz, 11,000-11,500kHz, 12,200kHz-13,500kHz tonight and see what you run into. Keep your ear focused as you tune for the telltale 'chirp' of SSB coms as you graze.
