New Site in Wesmoreland ???

For a very long time I've been able to monitor Westmoreland TRS without issue. Last night during the thunderstorms I noticed that Westmoreland was quiet, but noticed 154.040 to be active. After some investigation I found that the control channel I am able to hear 859.9875 is full scale however the data stream is weak to non existent. Anyone onlist know if another transmitter sight has come online causing LSM issue for me or is there an issue with the control channel itself ?

I was at Jennerstown speedway last night, and I tracked Westmoreland real well using that control frequency.

Ya I'm thinking the Ligonier / Roaring Run site has come online and that's causing my problem. I actually have some free time tomorrow so I'm going to try moving the yagi and see what I can come up with.
