New STA for 2020 Presidential Debate in Nashville (if it happens)

New DMR STA license grant, believe this is for the 2020 Presidential Debate in Nashville October 22, 2020, if it still happens. The debate is scheduled to be held at the Curb Event Center, 2000 Belmont Boulevard, Nashville, TN. No idea who the actual user will be.

Probably some generic text for these kind of events that bearcom support...from the fcc app:

“Two- way radios will be supporting a large spectator event for crowd control, medical response, security detail and event operations. Two- way radio communication will be the primary mode of communication during this event.”

Likely any and all staff, vendors and volunteers that don’t have public safety radios and need to communicate.

At 20 watts a bit lower profile so likely won’t be able to pick up from my location. Curious if privacy enabled.

It is nice seeing these STAs for major events.
