New StarCom TG

To day I heard TG 13137 on site 154. Was busy and did not catch a UID or exactly what was said. Short transmissions about 10:00am
A short time later Ron in Joliet heard the same TG on 113. Maybe an IDOT TG.
Not sure. Any ideas or did anyone else hear them?

In October, I caught RIDs 2322294 and 2322295 on TG 13137 (Site 102) discussing changing "set points". These RIDs appear to be in the ISP Zone 2 range. Possibly radio techs? FWIW, the Radio Reference database shows TG 13136 as ISP Zone 2 radio techs.

That's exactly the RID I saw on TG13137 on T113
