I have been monitoring the State Fair trunked frequencies listed in Radio Reference, but wasn't hearing anything. I have however found a couple of active ones. On the SARA system, for Law enforcement they're using PUBLIC SAFETY 1 (1857), and the medical needs are on ISICS. Sub Regional Tac 115.
