Appears to be rebands of the KSICS Bonner Tower. Just a guess, but maybe they finally moved the tower into the metro to eliminate dead spots in Northern JOCO and WYCO.

KDOT / KHP are moving the trunking site that used to be at Bonner Springs (and was replaced by the new Leavenworth County equipment) to a Johnson County tower along Brush Creek to fill in the significant KSICS dead zone.
