New system in Broward County

I have come across a new CC of 858.7125 with 20 channels in the system and no activity except some tones on one channel for a few hours yesterday. It showed as TDMA P25 Phase I. Now today im hearing some testing with audio saying 1-2 radio check. The site id is labeled as 46F77.00A-10-10. I'm not able to find anything about this system or who it belongs to. Here's what I've found, maybe someone can figure out who's going to be using this system.

I don't know if it means anything but this system has the same WACN (46F77).

Interesting I’ll keep monitoring it and see what happens when it goes active.

Getting several new and patched talkgroups in the 20XX range. Seemed like local government.

TG 1801 is a patch from FIRE A
TG 1803 is a patch from FIRE C

Also confirmed Hialeah (which is in the database, but the CC rolled):

Since they are using different system IDs I'm assuming they will be added in the DB as individual systems. However, my POC is telling me its going to be a combimed system of all three cities with Intra-WACN roaming.

City of Miami Fire-Rescue units are beginning to transition to the new system...seeing some 7 mil IDs come across.

I'm hearing a lot of patches between their old Moto system and the new P25. Interestingly they were patching the analog fire dispatch channel on two separate P25 talkgroups simultaneously. I'm also hearing what sounds like parking enforcement in the new system as well, not patched. I'll submit what I find to the database.

Yeah they normally patch A and C together if it’s a call involving both Fire (like an Engine) and Rescue units.

Local govt was on 2206 to 2221 from what I saw during my limited listening. I did confirm no Police talkgroups were coming across as patches while I was monitoring.

If anyone can grab a band plan from Unitrunker I’d appreciate it.

There will be encryption on the new system. Dispatch is remaining in the clear last I heard.

As I previously posted, this will be a shared system between Miami, Miami-Beach and Hialeah using Intra-WACN roaming.

The following Miami PD and Fire talkgroups were seen on Hialeah’s system when I drove by the area yesterday:

Hialeah’s control channel was on 852.1625.
