BLOMKEST — Law enforcement personnel and emergency responders in Kandiyohi County will have a new radio system to use next year that will make it easier for the different agencies to communicate with each other.

I'm sure it will be the digital 800 Mhz ARMER system. Here is a link from a post back in December about it.
