Here is a "community repeater" system, but with multiple Repeaters at multiple sites in multiple states. Only 1 set of repeaters in New Madrid County. Please check to see if they are possibly an LTR.

I entered the Senath site early this morning and have yet to hear anything at all. I have it set for ID search.
