New TACN site

FCC database list a TACN site at Hornbeak Tn the tower is up which means this site should go active soon as the state has Trenton Tn and Gleason Tn operation now. I do not know which is control channel yet or the site number yet. The Site was built next to the State of Tn. tower in Hornbeak. They frequencies are listed below.

Pro96Com needs to be run on these sites. We need correct Zone numbering, and having the site NAC's is also an plus. Remember guys the ones with 9 as Zone number are not correct. We used the 9 as an place holder until the site actually goes live. TACN only has 4 Zones. Or for the other way to refer to it.. the RFSS number.
