New talk group on Kansas P-25

At around 11:30 A.M. today I picked up unknown fire units and EMS units sent to a fall call.
This was on talkgroup 2368. I was in West Wichita. The control tower was 867.1125, but I do
not know what the site # was. The talkgroup is not in the database. I heard the Dispatcher
as well as the units. Anybody have any ideas?.

2368 is Reno County EMS Dispatch. Just came back from Hutch and heard them run a call. Heard both Dispatch and Medic 2 on this TG.

Had a conversation with their 911 Director this week. They plan to be totally digital by the end of July. Some question as to if the State will actually turn on the site in downtown Hutch, even as bad as they obviously need it (see how fast they get it going after the Fair in September?). Reno County is putting up a 3 channel conventional backup site downtown. The repeaters came from a former state site that got trunked.
