new talk group ?or did i miss this ?

DOES anyone know what talkgroup 32304 is offically designated as ? and its main purpose , they run a lot of plates , and refer to building numbers....(ie) .....go to building #5 bla bla bla .....thier using sp codes. iv looked on the CSP talkgroups , but unless mistaken , couldnt find it...i found this the other day when i put the scanner in ID search mode....?
thanks in advance , what channel number do they refer to this as , ect. have the capitol police dumped hartfords edacs to go on the state wide apco 25 ? have not listened a lot , but its very active !

Since the units are calling "TA" dispatch, it appears it could be the
Training Accademy. (the missing TA-Disp Ch-91 Talk Group). Then
again, maybe it's just patched to something.....

Is the csp training dispacthers or what because i herd some odd things like them saying TA and when the csp was sent to a minor 2 car accident with minor damage and no injuries .
About 15 minutes later the officer reported no injuries and very minor damage to both cars and no tow truck needed but still wanted a 15 ( M/V check & licence check ) and the dispatcher was clueless and said i don't understand why you want that then the officer said i would like to know if everything is valid with both parties and then i need time and numbers for both parties incase they want to contact their insurance companies and the dispatcher said ok ( like you just told him he had to clean the bathroom or something of that nature ) what i was waitting for was the dispatcher to take a deep breath and say "fine" like he really didn't want to do it but he will only because he was told to.
I don't if anybody else noticed some interesting things from the csp when they contact TA like a little more confusion than usual and there seems to be a bit more lag time on getting info out to the officers like when they were sent to look for someone who was involved in accident that had happend earlier in the day only to find out that they had been looking for the wrong person for 30 minutes and needless to say the officers were not happy campers knowing that they had been going in the wrong direction and looking for the wrong person .
I hope they dont keep contacting TA i think it's confusing everyone or atleast thats what i'm hearing when the dispatchers talk to the officers.

thanks mark , that sounds like its it T/A . and 5 radio is correct too , it seems like the blind leading the blind at times. thanks for the replys guys.

that is the new CSP recruit class going through training. They have already done pursuits and other stuff. That talkgroup is one of the two training talkgroups. Ch 91 - TA DISP or Ch 92 - TA CAR. (probably 91)
