Who is this 61104 . It's not in the data base either . Also have a ? Why am I able to hear TPD on there emergency channel . Every time I hear that tone and they put out about a armed robbery i can hear it way up in northern Delaware county ? .

TPD is probably coming across a RMA ID ( I don't know of an emergency ID) as they use that for other agencies in the area to hear the call.
