New talkgroup for Columbia PD?

59104 its definitely Columbia PD and its digital.
It was pretty active today, don't have a clue what they were doing.

I have that listed as investigations. I thought it was listed here in database, I just checked and it isn't.
A new one I found that isn't listed here either is 59152 . Not used alot but its all drug busts. I was suprised, most of the narco stuff is encrypted.
