new talkgroup on wccca/c800 trunk system...

At least on the C800 side: 55184. So far i've only heard one guy who just keys up and says what seem to be random numbers. I never hear a response.

Any ideas anyone?

Interesting.

There have only been two radios used on this TG; and neither of the radios (or the TG itself, for that matter)
had been seen on the system before 22-April.

The radio IDs (730297 & 730298) aren't "close" to anything, but do fall between Happy Valley PW and Sunrise Water Authority.
