According to the Communication Council minutes, Sheboygan County is reprogramming hundreds of radios and some services are receiving additional channels.

Most were logged on the computer using ARC250PRO software. I haven't heard any voice or tone activity on the talkgroups only the occasional key up.

I think you are getting false readings either from stray RF from the 'puter or weak signal/interference on the control channel. I show no logs for any of these running ID Tracker 24-7. Any slight flutter in the signal will bring up false ID's for other TG's in search mode. If you do hear any activity, please let us know. You can also set-up ID Tracker to record activity on new hits.

This morning at 10:04:18 AM, 6256 became active on 868.5125 for a few seconds.
A male voice said: I've cleared the first one and I'm enroute to the second one.
A female voice replied: 10-4

I have been tracking TG activity closely lately..

What I am seeing is an occasionaly intense signal strength decrease or "flutter" on a couple of system frequencies in the Sheboygan area specifically. I witnessed this happening while SPD Patrol 10448 was active. The BC780 was reading out 10384 or 10385 while this was happening instead of 10448. I have several hits in the log as this, some of which I actually witnessed it happening. So my guess is many of these unusual TG's popping up are false ID's which the scanner is reporting due to the weak signal flutters. Some of the other newer sequential ID's still bear paying attention to as there have been new channels added to the system recently.

ohh, almost forgot...

I have about 6-10 hits per day on 10320 in the logs but I have not noticed any activity personally and the recorder caught nothing either. No clue what's happening here. Possibly a software glitch.
