"New" Talkgroups on Washington Co TRS (Not listed in DB)

Hiya All...

I have heard a few talkgroups that are not currently database that are active.

57674 I am guessing a Boltonville FD Channel
57543 Possibly Germantown Utilities?

I also heard a few "in the clear" P25 radio transmissions on 57652, but most transmissions were Encrypted. Anyone with info on these talkgroups?

I hearing a lot of encrypted traffic on talk groups 57514 & 57515 today. Washington Co Dispatch was been in a couple of the conversations; have logged 8 different radios using the talk groups. Very little WC Sheriff traffic in the clear. I hope this doesn't mean WC went encrypted.

I was hoping it was an event or drill. Sounds like the proper use for encryption - the public doesn't need to know details (drill or real) for something as serious as this as it is happening.
