new technology aimed at reducing teen crashes

How does this reduce crashes? If a 17 year old is an adult under the law, then they should be treated as an adult.

No, I'm not a kid, I'm 56, and raised two sons.

I agree with you Greatlakes! This to me looks like a way to make it easier for the police to find an easy target for ticketing. I have two kids about to start driving and wouldn't support this STUPID idea.

Thanks! I think an important part of raising kids, and gaining their respect is to respect them. Then when they think of doing something wrong, they feel guilty, and stop and think. Treat a teen like a kid, they'll act like a kid, because that's all your expecting from them.
