New license (WQNV882) issued for ND State Radio for Search and Rescue operations. Reason listed : Establish temporary two-way VHF radio network on 154.815 MHz and 159.0975 MHz statewide in North Dakota to support Search and Rescue (SAR) mobile communications and dispatch. Duration: 6 months

This license was granted last week 6/14/11 but expires 7/1/11? Anyone know about these?
