Here are the changes I noticed:
Removed references to old VHF wideband channels.
Removed references to P25 mode on the VHF, UHF and 800 MHz channels.
Added VTAC17 and VTAC17D (VHF marine ch 25) for use in certain counties away from the coast.
Added mobile satellite talkgroups (no, you can't receive those on any scanner).
Added statewide coordinated P25 radio ID plan.
