New TG on Alabama First Responder Network

Tonight I picked up two new Talkgroups. 12021 and 35943.

Think you might want to check the Site ID, because me thinks you were listening to MSWIN not AL...likely MSWIN site 105. (same CC as AL 204)
12021 is MHP Troop J and 35943 is Perry Co. SO. Easy to ID Perry SO by the squawks at the end of the dispatch positions transmissions since the dispatcher is using their conventional VHF system which is simulcast on MSWIN too.
