Middlehope in orange used to use EDACS prior to CORNet. C/POK FD on EDACS was very short lived.

Was doing some testing it seems, keying up and down approx 50 times give or take in that time span. 02-006 as well

14-156 is a false decode by the scanner. It happens similarly on my BCD996T occasionally. The system has no talkgroups above the 08-xxx block so anything the scanner shows from 09-xxx to 15-xxx is a bad decode.

02-005 and 02-006 are NYCOMCO radio techs. Both are listed in the database.

04-023 this morning, just a quick key up , Doesn't appear to be on the db list

I believe 04-023 was originally allocated for police intersystem use out of Orange County. The usage migrated to an area wide special events channel. For example I have heard PD coordination of traffic control and such on 04-023 when a movie is being filmed in Kingston. Activity on 04-023 is sparse these days and mostly it is dead. It's not unusual to see affiliations to 04-023 but voice traffic is far less common.
