I was listening to Marine Units down at Ashbridges Bay around 4:00pm, sounded like they were getting geared up for the long weekend.
Talk Group was 19376, i don't see this in the Database.

These are invesigative talkgroups used for sureveillance. Sometimes they are just P25 and sometimes they are P25 and encrypted.

I heard this talgroup today to on the East tower around 4pm. They were on the lake doing water mobile surveillance on at least 2 different targets. They mentioned of 1 trarget leaving the Welland Canal area heading back to Toronto Island. I heard 4 different units, 1 with the target in the Welland area, 2 with the 2nd target (1 in front of and 1 behind) and the 4th was on land in TO.

There's numerous digital talkgroups on the TPS system.

Traffic is usually P25 unencrypted, although they do have the option of running encryption which you will hear from time to time.
