New TGID on Mesa TRS

3005 is now in use and unencrypted! It seems to be a simulcast of some traffic on VHF Channel 5 which is the chase channel. Cool!

It was clear on the 26th and it was encrypted again on the 27th....so maybe its going both ways or some radios have been reprogrammed....

Interesting... I've been monitoring this talkgroup pretty steadily since I found it and it's remained open each time I've monitored it.
