New TGID

On CLMRN I am hearing TGID 65530 tonight.

I don't see it listed in the database.

Does anyone know what it is?

65XXX TGIDs are dynamically assigned and temporary. It could be anybody.

It's been brought up many times before.

side note when that Temp TGID shows up it seems that the Radio ID follows the State CLMRN scheme so looking at the radio ID it should point you in the direction of who is on the system at that time. correct?

No.

There is no permanent relation between the 65XXX ID and the particular agency. It's RANDOM and TEMPORARY.

It is likely to show 1677xxxx as the RID. I have had a couple NWPS console IDs show up with Waterbury traffic. Also, I get some that show up in DSDPlus during affiliations or registrations.

And that is the big benefit of the ISSI. You gain more roaming coverage without increasing the hardware on each system. It makes a small footprint system have extended coverage.

Look at the wiki, it's possible someone posted that or near it. Also check for the radio IDs being used and you can figure it out with those also.

Yes.

All of the National Guard start with 401XX

My point was how would I have known it was anything national guard without looking in the wiki.
