From what I know of this system, its only for CBSA. And all talkgroups are AES using Hytera MD782 mobiles PD782 portables

Right, which is why I made this post. These new ones are in a different TG range, but the last 2 digits of the TG are the same and they been in the clear when I heard them. I haven't picked up any of the other TG's lately on the Grimsby site.
I would sometimes see them pop up on that site, but the conditions haven't been all that great lately, so I haven't seen any of the other sites pop up lately.

FWIW, the "Site 6" in the database here has a TAFL lat/long that puts it right at the Queenston/Lewiston bridge which makes perfect sense given the other locations. I did see a T/G that starts with 99 a moment ago as well, out of range of the others described in the database but as Matt said the last 2 numbers were the same as one of the CBSA T/Gs.

The other thing to note is the frequencies licensed for Caledonia and "Site 6" are identical in the TAFL, 420.0250, 420.1500 and 420.3500.

Two guys chatting about service calls at various locations in the Niagara area in the clear right now. Certainly not CBSA related. I'm on site 1 at the moment, both t/g and radio IDs are 996xxxx.

I heard a bit of chatter today as well on Site 5.. definitely doesn't sound like CBSA to me either..

Well the FWC web site certainly points to commercial sales/services beyond Government contracts so....

FWIW, the web site now shows the company name as Federal Wireless Communications rather than Solutions, so FWC. Federal Wireless – Home

Heard today on Site 5 something about dropping a load of something for a customer at the side of the street because he didn't want to drive into where ever they originally want it delivered and get stuck. Did hear a mention also of Stevenson and Crystal Beach..

DSD+ is telling me it's seen T/Gs 9961473 and 9961475 right through to 9961479 all active just today. Looks like about two dozen or so radio IDs captured across that range.

Ya, 78, 79 and 75 have been the busiest in that order with 75 way, way behind the first two in the number of hits DSD+ has logged. I've had it running all morning but other than hearing voices I've paid little attention to what's been said on which T/G. It all sounds like the same sort of activity you noted above to me. I did hear one guy 'having kittens' about the poor radio performance about an hour ago. I've switched to FastNet since.

Okay, I have my 436HP recording the system, so I'll let it go for a few more hours and go in and listen to the audio files and see what I can glean from them.

Also, I was wondering if this has anything to do with the new garbage collectors we are getting next week?
I know that one of them GFL Environmental Inc. Has opened a yard in St. Catharines. The other one is Miller Waste Systems Inc.

I just got home and finished listening to the audio files. The truck drivers are having problems with the radio's. The dispatcher said they would call the techs and have them take a look at it.
Also, the weather has been overcast all day, very gusty winds, rain. I think this has been a problem with the audio I have captured. Only two Talk Groups all day came up.
tg 9961579 I believe these are garbage trucks
tg 9961578 these are recycle bin trucks
Some of the audio is pretty poor

Given the nature of the other users, I would think these may be the local garbage company that looks after commercial contracts in the area.

I don't see any overlap in RID's in my logs but I have noticed that the 99629xx RID range seems to be all used on either 78 or 79.. so it does looks like it's probably the same company, but the 99635xx & 36xx RID range are used on 75 and are less active then the other two.

They were having a problem with the Caledonia tower, they eliminated it altogether for now
And are working on fixing it and putting it back on line, the drivers say the radio's in that area are working better, they just said all the radio's are working
