New TG's & West Douglas to MetCom

Within the next week or two (I'll post the date when it's set in stone) MetCom will begin dispatching for the Western Douglas County Fire District; currently dispatched by Douglas County Sheriff.

WDCF incidents will be aired by "Lola" on MetCom 1 and additional VHF tones will be aired by dispatchers on 151.025. Two new TG's have been added also. One will be used for MetCom Rural Operations which is what WDCF will be primarily using for responses. The other will be a Training channel for all MetCom users.
