Well hello Ray. From the information you have posted, you're pretty darn close to one of the busiest transportation hubs in the world. The hard part is going to be programming a 75xlt by hand unless you have the software. So to get you going, here is a list that should help wear out the "1" on you keypad.
Once you get those programmed in and have listened for a week or two, come on back and we'll load you up with some more "1's".

Ray, enjoy aviation scanning! Palwaukee,(PWK) now Chicagoland Executive tower is 119.900. Their ground control is 121.700. Clearance Delivery is 124.700. Between O'Hare and PWK, you are going to have tons of traffic to listen to. Understand though that air traffic is greatly reduced due to the Covid19 Pandemic.

at 143 megs,it will take a bit to download, and for you i don't recommend any charts.
