I recently got two old bearcat scanners to mess around with and have really enjoyed it. I'm looking to get a better home base setup. I live in Lehighton PA, Carbon County. I listen to the local/State police, the local FD, EMS, and DOT primarily, but I'm trying to see what all I can pick up. My question is, is it worth it to get a digital scanner or would a multi trunking analog GRE or Uniden be fine? Thanks for your help.
