Thank you for answering my question. I'm using Windows 10, so my keyboard might be different than your keyboard.

I have a key in the top row that says "prt sc." Do you have a key like that in your top row?

Yes. Only it says "PrtScn" in my keyboard's upper right-hand corner.

Do you also have the app Paint on your Windows 11 computer?

Windows 11 is a little different than my Windows 10. I'm not certain that I can give you good help, but I'll keep trying.
