New to RR N.Utah pro-163 any others

Welcome Steve! The folks here really helped me as well I'm new to the digital scanning world!! At first I tried to program my scanner manually then a few people answered me back and advised me to use the Win500 software. It is so impressive that I purchased it for life and had the privilage of a wonderful member here creating me a file and walked me through uploading it in my scanner. The thing works now to perfection hitting all the talkgroups and frequencies...I now hear everything!! Good luck if you have any questions pm me I would be glad to help if I can!!!!

I have had scanner for nearly 30 years my first one was a scanner i would have to go and buy
crystals for. I live in Box Elder County In northern utah. A very large county in sqare miles most all radio
transmit is vhf and simalcast trunking from surrounding counties. I just bought the pro-163 and needed
the rr site to program other trunking site (countys) p.s. great tool could not have done it with out it I would love to get in to ham radio my problem has been classes i have seen are on saturdays and i work saturdays any way thanks for the replys and links
