new to scanners bcd996xt

Im going to sound stupid, so i apologize in advance. Ive uploaded pretty much every frequency my state uses, conventional and trunked. I just want to listen to state police near me and the frequencies from my town, and towns around me. im so lost on how to do this, and ive spent last 2 hrs trying to figure it out before posting. thanks guys

Make sure you assign and use the quick keys to turn systems on and off as needed.

You might want to state where you are located (State, County, Town). It's difficult to offer meaningful advice without knowing where you are located. I would also suggest starting small... as in maybe just learning how to program your home town, for example, before trying to figure out every system in the State.

ahh i got it now finally. haha thanks guys!! def a learning curve for those who are new to scanners!! i love this thing now so much, just gotta figure out mpriority scan now lol
