Radios not the best but they work pretty good.


Grecom PSR-500. control, ARC, Scancontrol.
Icom PCR-1500. control, Icom control ver. 2.10, PCRpro and trying to get Radiocom 452 to work.

Those are some decent radios you list there. I don't see that Ventura County has any public safety trunk systems.
What trunk systems would you be monitoring down your way on the PSR 500?

im only using the psr for conv ob's here in ventura-kern. The trunk systems come next down in the LA metro area where i work. As of right now i am climbing the learning curve of radio control and programing while experimenting with various antenna set-ups.

The PSR500 is a great scanner!
Win500 is great software with a free trial and
well worth the money to purchase it.
