I do not have a scanner yet and new to all of this. Once my budget allows me to get more involved i plan on doing so. Does anyone know how (or if i could without special equipment) i could ad the town of Hillsborough new hampshire to the list of audio feeds?

All the feeds on RR are provided by volunteers with actual scanners. With that being said, the only way a scanner can be listed on RR is if a volunteer in that area steps up to provide one.
