Hi all!
Although I am new to the website I am not new to radios and the scanner world. I have been in public service for a little over 15 years now.
Quick question I have. I am located in the central part of the state in Russell County. I am unable to find any frequencies for our local life flight choppers. Eagle Med is out of Hays and until they arrive on scene and talk on a local frequency, there is only dead air. They surely are speaking to a dispatcher for WX or directions etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find these freqs.? I have looked every place I can think of.
Looking forward to participating here. Thanks in advance!!

Eagle Med

Eagle Med has an 800MHz repeater in Northern Oklahoma for their helicopter based there. It is 855.4625MHz. That would lead me to believe they mau have their operations on 800MHz in Kansas as well.

You might check out the local 800MHz med channels in your area. However that's just guess. Your mileage may vary :?

They use satellite phones for alot of their traffic to dispatch. You'll also hear them some on 123.025 which is AM.
