New to this - help with Oakland Fire

I'm not sure if it's something I am doing wrong, but I have not been able to get any audio for about a month now. It's showing the feed is online, it connects properly, but there's no audio.

I have tried different computers, software, and internet connections, but nothing works. Is there a problem
with the feed?

Do I need to upgrade? Is anyone else having the same problem?

You can contact the broadcaster and let them know to check for a problem.
