Hi people. I have a quick question, since im new to this whole thing. If i have a trunk system that is set up with the 3600 baud system in one bank. Can i set up another one in the same bank if i have room for more freqencies. Will it work or will it intervien with the other.

What type of scanner do you have? How far from the second system are you?? Usually if you program multiple trs's into one bank,.. you will only track the one with the first CC that the scanner comes accross. If your say travelling and are passing from one TRS coverage area into another,... ths would work nicely. But if your close eneough to both systems, your trunktracker will only do one at a time per bank.

I have the pro 96. Im about 50 miles away from the system, want to monitor Michigan, Wayne county and Wastenhaw, but i only have one bank left, then im going to save it in a V-folder, to open up more banks for other areas. Soon as i save up for the cable from pc to scanner. Right now the skip is coming in nicely for Michigan from where im from, not usually that happens, since im almost 50 miles away.

Like for the Bell Fleet Net i have all that in one bank. All the frequencies and the tags does that matter. The only tags i couldnt fit in there where the MTO tags and a few of the Hospitals so i put them in a separate bank, with the freqencies all over again. It seems to be working for me. Theres alot of control fequencies on there, but you can only hit one or two towers at a time. Least im thinking that. But i dont really know im just new to this.
