new tool maybe to descramble brockville pd

I found a new tool that might decode the brockville police.its the scrambler/descrambler it suppose to decode inversion and Im still positve brockville police use inversion not rolling inversion I dont care what people say anyone try this device model number#SS702 www.ramseyelectronics.com

It works.

The one I had years ago used the MXCom chip designed for cordless phones. It was actually capable of decoding two different audio channels simultaneously if the other side was enabled. The chip was basically two inverters in one package, one for the TX and one for RX.

Of course it all depends on the split point and most manufacturers use different ones.
